Trash Can Pizza

Dinner: We love our Ooni pizza oven. Pizza dough from the freezer from a previous pizza night. The recipe I use is just about foolproof and allows for real abuse of the dough! It can be frozen, left all day.

Mine was a trash can pizza - (ie a bit of everything) and Maggie had Gorgonzola, Courgette & onion

Tartiflette Pizza - A thing of beauty This pizza was so good we had to add it to the blog - It has been quite a while since we posted. Almost a whole year since lockdown On another good note Maggie and I have both had our first Pfizer vaccination.
