Breakfast: Cornflakes & Muesli Lunch: Pate & Coleslaw with Cranberries Dinner: Pork Sausages, Bubble & Squeak Lunch: Coleslaw this time made with the addition of dried and chopped cranberries Pate & Coleslaw Dinner: We often have 'cold meats and bubble' on a Monday, using up the leftover vegetables from Sunday lunch, but as we distributed some of our Sunday lunch to neighbours we only had vegetables left, so sausages worked well.
