Day 15 : Tuesday 7th April, 2020

Breakfast: Cereal / Muesli Lunch: Scotch Eggs, Coleslaw Dinner: Bangers (Sausages) & Mash, Runner Beans, Brussels, Peas, Onions Lunch: Time to finish this batch, and decide when we make the next.  We did give a few away (sorry Rachail yours didn't quite get there).  I tend to tweak the recipe or ingredients a little, but Maggie prefers not to change something that works so this time the only change may be to use more of our own breadcrumbs instead of mostly Panko breadcrumbs as they are not so easy to find at the moment Scotch Eggs Luncheon was taken in one of our favourite spots in the garden.  This view is one of the reasons that we bought this house, we think the view is just about as English as you can get Monk Soham Church from The Elms, Suffolk Dinner: Bangers, apparently called that during World War I (1914/1918).  When sausages were filled with miscellaneous ingredients, including water, which made them explode in the pa...
