Breakfast: Muesli & Cornflakes Lunch: Albacore Tuna, Chopped Salad and Ceasar Dressing Dinner: Chicken Wings, Bratwurst, BBQ Sauce Garlic Mushrooms and Saute Potatoes Dessert: Cherry Garcia Ice Cream Raised Vegetable Beds & 'Rumbelows Bank' Lunch: We had a busy day in the garden.  Vegetables are mostly planted or in pots ready to plant out. Mostly down to Maggie with me adding my tuppence worth now and again. A quick salad for lunch  Tuna & Chopped Salad Dinner: I had planned Pork Belly slices to go with the Chicken Wings, but forgot that they were in the BBQ and so quickly defrosted some more Bratwurst to go with the wings. Wings on the BBQ The sauce was a quickly made 'cupboard' sauce. A splodge of whatever condiment comes to hand.  Ketchup, Smooth Branston, Sweet Chilli Sauce, Mustard, a very little sherry vinegar
