Day 64-14 : Tuesday 26th May, 2020

Breakfast: Boiled Egg and Soldiers Lunch: GI Bread rolls and Corned Beef Dinner: Lamb Chops, Hummus, Chick Pea Salad, New Potatoes Dessert: Local Strawberries & Clotted Cream Breakfast: We have personalised Alexa to give a more personal message as an egg timer. We have been using Alexa as a timer but this seems to make it more interactive Lamb Chop Dinner in the garden Dinner: Local Lamb cooked on the Baby Grill ( perhaps not the best name for it ), seared and seerved medium. Dessert: Perhaps a little early for strawberries, they are from Bedingfield. Perhaps another week, just tasted a little fresh Strawberries & Clotted Cream Coffee:  We ordered 'Chit Chat' coffee from Paddy & Scott  in April. It was not in stock at the time and so they sent a replacement of their flagship coffee 'Jerry Can'. The taste is good but we can't get it to the strength we like. Ham Hock Terrines Breakfast: Boiled Egg & Toast Soldiers Lunch: Cheese & Biscuits Dinner: Ham Hock Terrine, Egg & Sweet Potato Fries (Ham, Egg and Chips) Breakfast: Not sure if the sketch on my egg is very accurate. Our preferred coffee is  Paddy & Scott's Chit Chat - We buy it online directly from their web site,  free delivery on orders over £29.99 (£4.99 per 227g ground). They have a good selection and a good fairtrade story Boiled Egg & Toast Soldiers Paddy & Scott's Chit Chat Dinner: There will be a separate link to the recipe for Ham Hock Terrine, but this is a regular for us.  2 ham hocks, 1 pig trotter, a few vegetables, a little gelatine, a handful of parsley, seasoning and a glug of white wine.  Cost is about £6.00 makes 2 terrines and we get around 20 slices out of each Ham Hock Terrine Ham Egg & Chips
