Breakfast: Muesli & Cereal Lunch: Chicken Ceasar Salad Dinner: Shephers Pie, Peas & Cabbage Breakfast: We had a late start today. Those that know will see the irony in the fact that we were woken at around 6:30 by the neighbour deciding to strim their back garden. 3 weeks of perfect weather and he chose a miserable rainy early morning to spend an hour strimming. We did nod off though. So a late breakfast Chicken Ceasar Salaf Muesli & Cereal Lunch: Ceasar salad is quick and easy, with or without Chicken. However, I had been looking forward to adding anchovies to mine ( I prefer salted rather than in oil) and halfway through lumch realised I had forgotten to add them.
