Day 43 : Tuesday 5th May, 2020

Breakfast: Boiled Egg & Toast Soldiers
Lunch: Pork, Chicken & Sausage Terrine, with Pistachio & Cranberries
Dinner: Chicken Breast and Creamed Mushroom Sauce, Sweet Potato Fries & Green Beans

Breakfast: Boiled Egg in another of our egg cups. This is an Alessi egg cup

Lunch: Pork and anything terrine.  This is another economical dish.  Recipe to follow

but in the meantime... For 2 terrines the main ingredients are 1 kg of pork mince, 3 sausages, 2 chicken breasts, 8 rashers of bacon. That will give a total of about 24 to 28 slices.

You can make a terrine in countless combinations.  Duck Breast / Pheasant / Different sausages / Chicken Liver / Asparagus etc etc

Dinner: This is a quick and satisfying dinner, another of Maggie's recipes and she can whip this up in about 20 minutes
