Dinner: We had planned for Amie, Ben & Fred to visit in the garden this evening for a pizza night. However, the weather (again) was not reliable enough to enjoy the evening. As the dough was made we continued with pizza for ourselves and will try another evening. The dough is balled up and in the fridge. It can stay there for about 72 hours and will then be perfect. After which it can be frozen and still performs well. Fine asparagus was good on the pizza

Tartiflette Pizza - A thing of beauty This pizza was so good we had to add it to the blog - It has been quite a while since we posted. Almost a whole year since lockdown On another good note Maggie and I have both had our first Pfizer vaccination. So happy, but astonished that some people, including some that we love and hold dear are refusing or even doubtful. There are 2 recipes included on the link, both Tartiflette based We adapted it slightly to cook in our new OONI KARU wood-fired pizza oven.
