Dinner: Gressingham heat in the oven half duck. We have tried others and find Tesco or Lidl are aromatic, others are a bit bland. It is a good substitute for the real thing. We prefer the freshness of using lettuce leaves instead of pancakes
Seaweed Kale is just so simple.
- Remove the stalks and coat lightly in a little olive oil
- Sprinkle with a good pinch of salt and Chinese Five Spice
- Sprinkle with a little sugar (this can be sugar free with Splenda or Stevia etc) Bake for 5 minutes at 180c toss and bake for another 2 or 3 minutes until crisp
